CrossPath

CrossPath is a brand combining mental health awareness, art, clothing and sport.
It’s using my own story as the foundation of the brand.
From being bullied in school. That guy in the background that was easy to pick on. Someone afraid to stand out and constantly trying to fit in.
So dropping out at the start of year 12 was the option I chose and I worked multiple jobs all while sorting myself out mentally. Learning psychology and neuroscience in my spare time and getting better at my art. While only starting again since primary school because of covid. Teaching myself how to draw and when I finally picked art as a subject and asked not to leave by my teacher… I left school😐
So after a year and half of working, I had the suggestion to put my art on clothes.
So then sparked the idea to create a brand and use all that had happened to me as the brand's identity.
I made multiple mistakes. AGAIN trying to be what I’m not and also going the complete opposite as being TOO different.
The brand has evolved a lot. From having other people print the clothes, to me doing the whole process.
From just art. To all types of sports and other aspects.
From just me to now having ambassadors.
From it being a side project to now a full time gig along with my other ventures created from the brand.
Art and my past bring it all together.
Who I am and the opportunities I create from who I’ve met along the way have created such great communities.
I started this alone with no experience and now people look to me for people they know. I do this full time. And I’m part of an industry I was never an expert in.
It all comes back to the meaning of CrossPath.
